Terms and conditions

  • Loyalty Program Duration

    The loyalty program continues until you'd like to cancel it. No lock in contracts or financial penalties.

  • Non-Refundable

    Loyalty Program accruals are non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstances.

  • Non-Transferable

    Any monies cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

  • Renewal Policy

    If you choose to cancel your membership with our loyalty program, you can sign up again whenever you're ready to.

  • Benefits

    Include treatments in the allocated areas / amount of areas. 20% off facial treatments, 15 % off skin care. Complimentary LED sessions for each treatment.

  • Termination

    The company reserves the right to terminate inclusion in the loyalty program for violation of terms or any inappropriate behavior.

  • Exclusions

    Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless specified. Some advanced or third-party services may be excluded—please check with our reception team prior to booking

  • Communication

    Loyalty Program members agree to receive communication regarding the loyalty, promotions, and related matters via email, phone, or other provided contact information.

  • Usage Restrictions

    Accumulated funds cannot be pre-allocated to specific treatments and must be used at the time of service; funds are applied before any additional payments are taken
