• Cancellation Policy

    Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling..

  • Deposits

    Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable. However, clients can transfer their deposits to future appointments if they reschedule within the specified time frame.

  • No Show Policy

     In the event of a no-show (failure to attend the appointment without notice), clients will be charged up to 50% of the appointment's total value.

  • Online Booking

    To ensure that each patient receives ample time for a comfortable and unrushed experience, our Phorest booking system may ask for credit card details. Please rest assured that this process is secure and confirms your allocated appointment time.

  • Appointment Duration

    We allocate generous time for each appointment to provide you with an optimal experience. Confirming appointments, especially those requiring more time, allows us to maintain this quality service. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration in upholding this policy for the benefit of all.
